1 Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 User Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at mm38. Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

8 mm38 Liability Limits

Mm38 will not be held liable for:

• Any service disruption resulting from system maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond mm38's control.
• Losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Mm38 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• User has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Mm38 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• User provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• User found to hold multiple accounts.
• A request has been received from a legitimate authority.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mm38 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the related bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete.

For responsible gaming cases, users who apply for self-exclusion will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and access to the platform will be fully restricted throughout the chosen exclusion period.
